Request account deletion

This page is the public web resource for FlatNZ account deletion requests. It supports Google Play account deletion requirements for apps that allow account creation.

How to request deletion

  1. If you can still access your FlatNZ account in the mobile app, open Settings → Delete account and submit the in-app deletion request.
  2. If you cannot access the app, email yobanyvicentes@gmail.com from the email address linked to your FlatNZ account.
  3. Include your full name, your FlatNZ account email, and if possible the name of the flat connected to the account.

What deletion covers

  • Your account profile and authentication access.
  • Your memberships and access to flats where safe processing is supported.
  • Review of data connected to chores, shopping, finance, receipts, and activity history.

Important retention note

Some shared household records may need to be retained for legitimate reasons such as fraud prevention, security, audit history, or shared-finance continuity. Where immediate full deletion is not technically safe, FlatNZ may process the request manually and retain only the minimum data necessary for those legitimate purposes.
